QuestMark is hiring an experienced Sales Representative in the commercial flooring industry — specifically with experience in Concrete Polishing and Resinous Coatings. The main focus of this role is the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, as well as our materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets. Signing Bonus + High Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Yearly Bonus The annual total compensation for this territory is: $120k - $300k Job Summary: Responsible for account development and territory growth through existing account follow-up, cold calling/prospecting, telemarketing lead follow-up, target marketing, and business development meetings. Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials. Provide accurate information for proposal creation for customers. Some overnight travel required. The successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales. Candidate Qualifications: Sales experience in commercial flooring required; experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred. At least 2 years of territory and account development experience. Strong qualifying and closing skills with a history of sales success. Ability to work independently and in team environments. Effective time and territory management skills, with motivation to develop new accounts. Valid State driver's license in good standing required.
