About The Position

Pennsylvania Cardiology - Flexible Block Scheduling Available

A rewarding Cardiology locums assignment is available in Pennsylvania for a physician seeking a consistent, ongoing need. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term interim role with a supportive team, offering a predictable schedule with blocks of coverage.

Highlights

• Flexible block scheduling available for 2-4 weeks per month.
• APP mid-level coverage provided during daytime hours.
• This is an ongoing need, ideal for securing long-term work.
• Full travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided.

Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient rounding, consults, and outpatient responsibilities.
• Patient population consists of adults.
• Anticipate approximately 10 consults per day.

Schedule

• Consists of 8-10 hour onsite shifts.
• Shared weeknight call from 5pm-8am.
• Rotating 24-hour weekend call coverage.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Cardiology.
• Must hold an active Pennsylvania state license or IMLC (LOQ) on hand.
• Active ACLS certification is required.
• Requires a minimum of 12 months of post-training experience.

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days.
• Temporary privileges may be available for qualified candidates.
