Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team. As a Housekeeper/Laundry, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests. Your duties will include maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel and performing laundry tasks. Duties
Clean and maintain all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and laundry facilities. Perform laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding clothes. Ensure all linens and towels are properly cleaned and replaced. Maintain the cleanliness of all bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers. Ensure all floors are clean and well-maintained. Clean and organize the hotel's public spaces, including the lobby, hallways, and dining areas. Ensure all areas are kept tidy and free of clutter. Follow all safety and health protocols. Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the hotel management team. Collaborate with other housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Knowledge of industrial cleaning and custodial practices. Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to follow housekeeping management guidelines and protocols. Certification in housekeeping or laundry management is a plus.
