What You`ll Do as an Affordable Housing Community Manager: - Oversee daily operations of the community
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other Affordable Housing program requirements
- Manage leasing efforts, certifications, recertifications, and resident files
- Support and lead onsite staff
- Maintain accurate financial and occupancy reporting
- Build positive resident relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and regional managers
What You Bring: - LIHTC and/or HUD experience is required
- Previous Affordable Housing management experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, On-Site, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and a professional demeanor
