We’re looking for a creative, energetic  Media & Marketing Manager who’s passionate about content creation, storytelling, and all things social media. If you love shooting videos, making reels, creating designs, and bringing ideas to life — we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Shoot and edit awesome photos and videos for listings, agents, and community events
• Create fun, scroll-stopping content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Manage our posting schedule and keep our social channels fresh and consistent
• Design flyers, posts, and marketing materials that make our listings stand out
• Help agents with their personal branding and marketing ideas
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments and tell the story of our team
• Keep an eye on what’s trending and bring new ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with social media management, video editing, and/or content creation
• Skilled with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools (or quick to learn them!)
• Creative eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter who can take an idea and run with it
• Positive attitude and a love for teamwork
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
