\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
\n• Call shifts required as needed when unit is short-staffed
\n• Floating required to Medical/Surgical, Step Down, and Emergency Department units
\n• Block scheduling with no guaranteed hours
\n• No 48-hour guarantee
\n• Maximum RTO of 1 week total with no holiday RTO requirement
\n• Maintain 2:1 patient ratio in 21-bed ICU unit
\n• Minimum 1 year of experience required
\n• Previous travel experience required
\n• Tennessee or multistate nursing license required
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• ICU level experience required including ventilator management, vasoactive drips, lytics, critical patient assessment, tracheostomy care, neuro/stroke/STEMI care, and sheath management
\n• Experience with Cerner EMR system required
\n• Navy scrubs required
\n• Must live greater than 50 miles from facility
