Social Media Manager (Full-Time, In-House)

A busy, high-end wellness and medical facility dedicated to helping our patients look and feel their best through advanced skincare, injectables, and wellness treatments is seeking a full time Social Media Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and self-sufficient Social Media Manager to join our growing team full-time on-site in Denville, NJ.
This is an hire for an organized, passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at creating dynamic, engaging digital content that represents our brand’s professionalism, warmth, and luxury aesthetic.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Filming: Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos featuring staff, treatments, products, and patient experiences (including before-and-afters with appropriate consent).
Social Media Strategy: Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms to drive engagement, visibility, and brand growth.
Event Coverage: Attend and document in-house and community events to highlight our services and brand presence.
Campaign Planning: Develop and coordinate monthly promotions, holiday campaigns, and branded initiatives.
Community Engagement: Interact professionally with followers, respond to messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Brand Consistency: Uphold our aesthetic standards across all digital content and ensure messaging aligns with our company’s mission and values.
Calendar Management: Maintain a detailed content calendar, tracking blog posts, social posts, promotions, birthdays, holidays, and team features.
2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or digital content creation (experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, or beauty industries preferred).
Strong photography and videography skills , with proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent understanding of current social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies.
Exceptional organization, writing, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently while collaborating with a busy clinical team.
Portfolio or examples of previous social media work required with application.
Full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends for special events).
