Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Location: Hybrid (Remote/On-site)

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join the GAS Group team. This hybrid role demands a plugged-in, creative individual who can lead the charge across multiple social channels - managing strategy, execution, and content creation from start to finish.

You’ll be the digital voice of our clients, building strategies that resonate, content that performs, and communities that grow. You’ll also work closely with internal teams, creators, and clients to ensure every post, campaign, and activation is on-brand and on-point.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with the support of our Social Media Director

• Write engaging, platform-appropriate captions that match each brand’s voice

• Create original, high-performing photo and video content for social

• Attend client photoshoots to capture on-brand UGC style content for their social channels 

• Stay ahead of trends and integrate them into scroll-stopping, brand-right content

• Own the full content production process - from idea to shoot to final edit

• Coordinate with internal teams to manage briefs, timelines, and feedback loops

• Manage community engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, mentions, etc.)

• Help ideate and activate brand moments both online and offline

You Are:

• A trend-savvy creator with a passion for content and social culture

• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts at once

• Skilled in photography, videography, and editing (CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)

• Confident on camera and leading client photoshoots

• Obsessed with making brands feel human, relevant, and impossible to ignore

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years expertise in content creation and/or Social Media Management
• Knowledge of brand partnerships and activations, with a creative approach to UGC-style content creation.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CPG, beverage, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
