What You’ll Do:

• Cut, weed, pre-mask, and apply vinyl graphics with precision.
  
• Operate or assist with laminating processes to produce finished signage.
  
• Read and complete work orders efficiently and accurately.
  
• Work independently or collaboratively to meet production goals.
  
• Maintain attention to detail and quality standards in every project.
  

Who You Are:

• Skilled with your hands and able to perform fine, precise work.
  
• Physically capable of standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varied positions.
  
• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet daily production deadlines.
  
• Effective communicator with a willingness to learn and grow.
  
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  
• Good vision, correctable to 20/20, and ability to read tape measures/rulers.
  
• Valid state ID or driver’s license.
  
• In-person attendance is required.
