Senior Window Cleaner Key Responsibilities: - Working manager with assigned service jobs on a daily basis
- Typical work hours are Monday thru Friday and Saturdays as business dictates
- Oversee and manage the technician workforce
- Resolve customer issues and concerns
- Training and evaluating new and existing technicians
- Quality Control - ensuring all standards are maintained and customer call-backs are kept to a minimum
- Maintenance of truck and equipment
Senior Window Cleaner Job Requirements: - Candidates must be professional, personable, detail oriented
- Previous window cleaning and pressure washing experience required
- Strong leadership and/or management skills required
- Team player
- Valid driver's license

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
