About the Role

Join our experienced maintenance team in a full-time role keeping complex production equipment running safely and reliably. You will diagnose, repair, and improve industrial systems across our facility, bringing deep expertise in electromechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

A Day in the Life
  • Start with a review of work orders and preventive maintenance (PM) plans using our work order tracking system.
  • Tackle urgent calls to restore production, applying strong troubleshooting on AC/DC electrical systems and 480V 3‑phase motors.
  • Repair and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, and both centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
  • Read schematics, interpret ladder logic, and apply PLC knowledge to resolve faults and optimize uptime.
  • Use electrical test equipment including a Volt‑Ohm meter, amp meter, and oscilloscope to isolate issues.
  • Fabricate and repair components with lathes, mills, and arc/Heliarc® welding when needed.
  • Mentor entry-level mechanics and collaborate to complete in‑progress repairs.
  • Inspect equipment, build short‑ and long‑term repair lists, and execute corrective actions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability.

  • Programmable Logic Controllers (troubleshooting and programming fundamentals)

Qualifications
  • Proven mechanical and electrical maintenance background in manufacturing; welding experience and/or technical school training are valued. Electrical certification and PLC troubleshooting experience are strong pluses.
  • Preferred: two or more years of training/experience in mechanical/electrical repair in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Lift 15–50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Comfort working around extreme temperatures, humidity, loud/hazardous equipment, and on slippery surfaces

Work Environment & Schedule

Work varies by day and location assignment; hours can vary. Our manufacturing facilities are large and can be loud. Warehouse temperature control is limited, and indoor conditions are impacted by seasons and weather.
