Position Summary

Envio Fulfillment is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to help us build our client base from the ground up. This is a commission-only position—ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a high-reward, performance-driven environment, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new e-commerce brands and product companies seeking fulfillment solutions
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly client acquisition goals
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule discovery calls
• Present Envio Fulfillment’s services and value proposition to potential clients
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close new client agreements
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for new clients during onboarding
• Provide feedback to leadership on client needs, objections, and market trends

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (B2B or logistics preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and client presentations
• Experience with CRM tools and/or spreadsheets is a plus
• Startup or small business experience is a bonus

Compensation

• Commission Only: 15% of gross profit from each new client (paid for 24 months per client, uncapped)
• Bonuses: $500 for first client, $1,000 for five clients in first 6 months
• Uncapped earning potential
