Job Opportunity: Sales Account Manager

 

Job Details:

 

• Full-time / On-site
• Hourly Rate: $20-$24/hour + uncapped monthly commissions.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• Location: Carrolton, TX 75006
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred but not required

As an Account Manager, you’ll build strong relationships with B2B decision-makers, engage with provided leads, and drive revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, visit production facilities, and be part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

 

What You'll Do:

Client Engagement: Proactively connect with leads via phone, email, and other channels to understand and meet their industrial repair needs.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Pipeline Management: Develop a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads and keeping detailed records in CRM software.

Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets to drive company growth.

Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to identify industry trends and solutions for clients.

Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

 

✨ What We're Looking For:

 

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Coachable, energetic, and committed to excellence.
• A team player eager to learn and grow.
