**Retail Brand Ambassador - Mall of America**

Our products bring people closer together through an experience that is meaningful and unexpected. Each of our retail locations provide the perfect stage for our customers to experience all of Lovepops creations and learn the Lovepop story. We are looking for a Brand Ambassador who is all things; motivator, super seller, storyteller with the ability to achieving personal and team sales goals. **As a Lovepop Brand Ambassador, you will:**
+ Create Brand awareness through our storytelling script within the shopping experience.
+ Be the face of Lovepop and provide product knowledge to all customers.
+ Provide a magical experience through genuine connections with everyone who walks by.
+ Engage and sell to meet daily personal and location goals.
+ Be able to upkeep the location for a seamless and organized experience for every customer.
+ Be able to open/close your respective locations to Company standards.
+ Keep the location looking magical and engaging, making sure that our product is always looking its best.
+ Work hard and be a great team member! We expect everyone on the team to take ownership and show an ambitious attitude.

+ Will be A-Players who want to succeed and out-perform expectations.
+ Have the ability to effectively communicate with customers -- making folks feel welcome and valued is a core mantra that we have at Lovepop!
+ High energy and self-driven to succeed for personal and Company benefit.
+ Are able to work mostly independently, learn quickly, and solve problems.
+ Has previous sales/hospitality experience.
+ Takes direction well from Leader in location merchandising moves.
+ Are able to stand for 4-6 hours in a retail selling environment and lift 25-30 pounds

**Availability:**
+ Must be able to work weekday or weekend shifts.
+ Shifts generally range from 6+ hours each.
