Job Title: Restoration Technician (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Huntington Beach / Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $18 – $25 per hour, DOE
Start Date: ASAP
Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our team in the Huntington Beach / Irvine area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with steady Monday–Friday hours. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and ready to take on restoration-related labor tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist with restoration projects including demolition, cleanup, and repair work
Own Basic Tools and Operate hand and power tools safely
Handle physical labor in varying environments
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
Must own work boots
Ability to handle physical, labor-intensive restoration tasks
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Previous restoration or construction experience preferred, but not required
Reliable transportation to job sites in Huntington Beach / Irvine
Compensation & Benefits:
$18 – $25 per hour, depending on experience
Temp-to-hire with long-term growth potential
Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
