What You'll Be Doing

As a Quality Control Inspector , you'll be the gatekeeper of excellence-ensuring every part meets the highest standards before it goes out the door. You'll work closely with machinists, engineers, and production staff to keep our quality promise to customers around the world.

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure conformance to specifications
• Create and maintain accurate inspection documentation for the shop floor
• Review and complete Traveler/Router documentation \n
• Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin/bore gages, height gages , and more
• Execute and interpret CMM programs (PC-DMIS experience a plus)
• Disposition non-conformance tags and collaborate on corrective actions
• Support a team-oriented , respectful work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Pitch in with other duties as needed

\n What You Bring to the Table

• \n 5+ years experience in quality control inspection within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in GD&T with tight tolerances
• Comfortable using all standard QC equipment \n
• Detail-oriented and organized with a sharp, proactive mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CMM inspection and programming preferred
• Familiarity with trigonometry and Epicor ERP is a plus
• Previous experience as a machinist is a bonus

Education

• \n AA degree or high school diploma with relevant job experience
\n

Pay Range: $30 - $34 per hour
