We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to support project execution through effective use of Microsoft 365 tools. This role requires hands-on experience with MS Lists, Power Automate, and JSON formatting, as well as the ability to coordinate tasks, manage workflows, and collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking project tasks, deliverables, and timelines using Microsoft Planner, MS Lists, and Jira; customizing and maintaining SharePoint sites and Microsoft Lists, including use of JSON formatting; developing and maintaining Power Automate flows to automate project workflows and notifications; supporting project reporting by consolidating data from Lists, Excel, Confluence and OneNote; serving as the point of contact for cross-team coordination and communication; documenting workflows, SOPs, and project updates using OneNote and Word; assisting with meeting logistics, minutes, and follow-ups in Teams and Outlook. Required Qualifications include 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (MS Lists including JSON-based column formatting, Power Automate, Microsoft Planner, Teams, Excel, SharePoint), experience using Jira and Confluence, strong knowledge of JSON, ability to create and track task and issue lists, automate reminders, and maintain dashboards. Must be a U.S. Citizen, willing to work onsite in Norco, California, able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance, and able to lift 50 pounds. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Power BI, basic scripting knowledge, Microsoft Certifications, and experience in technical or government project environments.
