Project Coordinator, $20/hr – Wixom, MI

A leading services provider in Wixom, MI is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee tagging projects nationwide, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication across teams. Qualifications:

• Proven experience coordinating field services or multi-site installations, preferably in technology or AV-related industries
  
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Q360 experience preferred)
  
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
  
• Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of simultaneous tasks
  
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and accountable
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  

Skills:

• Coordinate and schedule technicians for tagging projects at multiple nationwide locations
  
• Ensure technicians are equipped, scheduled, and on-site at required times
  
• Navigate ERP system (Q360) to create, update, and track project work orders
  
• Collect, review, and maintain accurate project data in Smartsheet
  
• Verify proper tagging, documentation, and submission of closeout packages
  
• Facilitate technician payments and communicate with Accounting to ensure timely processing
  
• Monitor project status, escalate issues or delays, and ensure deadlines are met
  
• Maintain proactive communication with technicians, Installation Services, and Accounting teams
