Overview:
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction and infrastructure projects. This role ensures project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements, while maintaining clear communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and documentation for data center buildouts and upgrades.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, reporting status to the project manager and stakeholders.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accurate records, including change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
Support compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards throughout project execution.
Qualifications:
1 3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or related field (data center experience preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Familiarity with low-voltage systems, networking, or electrical infrastructure a plus.
