Responsibilities

• Regularly scheduled inspections, lubrication, and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Troubleshooting and Repair:
\n
• Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in machinery and equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, air systems, pumps, cranes & hoist, conveyer lines, steam generators and hydraulic components.
\n
• Installation and Maintenance:
\n
• Installing new machinery and equipment, as well as maintaining existing systems, including pumps, fans, conveyors, air systems, bag houses and other industrial equipment.
\n
• Problem Solving:
\n
• Using analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
\n
• Knowledge of Tools and Equipment:
\n
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment for industrial maintenance.
\n
• Understanding of Blueprints and Schematics:
\n
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documentation.
\n
• Collaboration and Communication:
\n
• Working effectively with other team members, communicating findings and progress, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

What we are looking for

High Diploma or Equivalent: Formal education, often supplemented by vocational training or at least 3-5 years on-the-job School experience.

Technical Skills: Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as familiarity with hand and power tools.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze problems, identify causes, and develop effective solutions.

Total Rewards Package

The pay rate for this position is up to USD $35.12/Hr. per hour
