Pilates Instructor – Rancho Santa Margarita

Work Location: In-person, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
Schedule: Per Diem. Thursday Hours (7-11a) Required + additional hours available to fit your schedule and needs!
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour (varies based on schedule and experience).

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is seeking an energetic and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an instructor who enjoys working with clients transitioning from physical therapy to Pilates, helping them build strength, mobility, and confidence.

About the Role:

• Lead group Pilates classes (up to 8 participants) and provide one-on-one private sessions in a supportive, professional environment.
• Modify and progress exercises based on individual client needs, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
• Foster a positive, friendly atmosphere that encourages clients to reach their goals.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism , upholding the high standards of Spine & Sport.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (required).
• A passion for helping clients recover, strengthen, and thrive through movement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor sessions to diverse fitness levels.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, encouraging environment.
