Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Up to 16 hours/week | 2 full days per week
Start Date: August 2025 (or ASAP)
Setting: School-based
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide part-time support to students in a school setting. The PT will assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to support students gross motor development, mobility, and access to the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative PT services in alignment with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and document student progress
Collaborate with educators, staff, and families
Qualifications:
California PT license (required)
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Ability to commit to a consistent two-day weekly schedule
