We’re looking for a thoughtful consultant and hands-on leader —someone who knows ERP inside-out but also gets fired up experimenting with AI in the trenches . You’ll deliver projects, build client relationships, and explore how agentic AI can make delivery smarter, faster, and wildly more efficient. What You’ll Do Client Delivery (60%)

• Own delivery of Oracle ERP projects: timelines, scope, profitability, and stakeholder alignment.
• Apply Calfus’ methodology + infuse AI/automation wherever it makes sense.
• Conduct regular project health checks, financial reporting, and client satisfaction reviews.
• Bring creative, tech-forward ideas to help clients solve real-world ERP pain points.
• Track profitability, quality, and client satisfaction across the engagement portfolio.
• Attend Steering Committees, deliver C-level presentations, and run project reviews.
• Serve as the go-to person for assigned accounts—develop trust, drive strategy, and grow engagement footprint.
• Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and transform them into revenue-generating projects.
• Partner with larger Calfus eco-system to ideate and validate solutions , scope engagements, and present effort/cost estimates with finesse.
• Lead executive presentations, showcase Calfus’s capabilities, and communicate value across stakeholders.

Innovation & Thought Leadership (10%)

• Co-define AI experimentation frameworks with our internal teams.
• Pilot use of GenAI tools across various delivery use cases.
• Evangelize wins (and fails) from AI experiments—help others learn faster.
• Suggest reusable agentic workflows for future delivery at scale.

Team Development (10%)

• Build, mentor, and inspire diverse project teams; provide hands-on guidance and accountability.
• Support career growth by giving actionable feedback and identifying opportunities for consultants.
• Support talent acquisition to bring right talent into Calfus.

Must-Haves

• Hands-on Oracle ERP experience (Oracle Cloud preferred), with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in a lead role, demonstrating client and people management skills.
• Deep functional understanding in one or more domains: Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing .
• Strong client-facing skills and proven ability to independently lead discussions with executive stakeholders .
• Experience with offshore/onshore models and managing global delivery teams.
• Brings “don’t know but can figure out” attitude to growing accounts and closing pursuits .
