We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility in the Plymouth, CT area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in long-term care, strong operational management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing home while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive workplace culture
Manage budgets, staffing, and facility resources to meet organizational goals
Ensure the highest standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
Qualifications:
Current Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA)
Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and best practices in elder care
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
