Our manufacturing client is seeking a skilled Electromechanica l Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team in a full-time capacity. This role offers competitive pay, a generous sign-on bonus, ongoing quarterly incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

This is a night shift position in Hazleton, PA . 7PM-7AM working 2 days, off 2 days, 3 days on, 3 days off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards in alignment with company policies and government regulations.
• Ensure adherence to the organization's quality system, procedures, and philosophy.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery, including motors and control systems.
• Apply expertise in industrial computerized controls such as: PLC, Variable speed drives, Sensors (photoelectric, proximity, pressure, level), Limit switches, contactors, starters.
• Perform repair and maintenance tasks.
• Document repairs, observations, and labor details.
• Interpret operational data and maintenance reports to recommend improvements.
• Requisition repair parts and manage contractors in design, engineering, and construction.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and other departments to optimize plant operations.

• Hands-on experience in:
• Industrial Maintenance
• Electrical Systems
• Mechanical Components
• Pneumatics & Hydraulics
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), a plus
• Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and safety compliance.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documents to support decision-making.
