POSITION SUMMARY

The MCS Group, Inc., a certified Women’s Business Enterprise, is a nationally recognized provider of Litigation Support and Management Services. For more than four decades, we have served law firms, insurance companies, corporations, government agencies and educational institutions with cutting-edge technology and a comprehensive breadth of services including eDiscovery, records retrieval & analysis, deposition services and back-office solutions to help increase productivity while reducing operational costs.


MCS’s success starts with the people that we employ. This role is hybrid, direct hire and quota-carrying sales position requiring 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably to law firms or in-house legal departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop a new territory or new product/service offering through aggressive cold-calling, networking, social media, and other communication
strategies as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS:
Identify and locate and pursue new clients by using various methods including, but not limited to, cold calling, social media, networking events, and other forms of communication
Conduct sales presentations and sales calls with new and existing relationships
Keep a detailed log of activity in CRM system (Hubspot)
When possible, use Hubspot’s dialer to track and record calls
Leverage legal/software/SaaS experience to educate our clients and match our services to their needs to provide solutions
Meet the quota assigned, and review the status of your quota at weekly sales huddles
Manage existing accounts and relationships to retain current book of business
Run periodic reports for results, status, and other metrics as outlined in the KPIs
Negotiate services, pricing, terms, and other areas of the service agreements with the VP of Sales & Marketing
Collaborate with departments to confirm the client onboarding is processed accurately and efficiently
Minimum travel requirement of 25%
Perform other tasks as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Legal/Software/SaaS experience, selling to law firms and/or corporate legal departments
Proven ability to build new territory through networking and active prospect outreach
Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and other legal professionals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to exceed quota in a remote role
Excellent relationship building skills
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work well with a diverse team.
Ability to understand, communicate and demonstrate servant leadership with our clients and internal partners
Excellent time management skills

EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree in Business preferred
MBA in Business preferred
3-5 years software/SaaS experience, selling to law firms and/or corporate legal departments

Travel by plane, train, car or other form of transportation
Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Lift boxes of presentation materials
Drive to site locations and events

EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE
Must be proficient on the computer, laptop, monitors, mouse, keyboard, headset, copier, scanner, fax machine
Must be proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
Must be proficient in MS Suite
Must be proficient in CRM system such as Hubspot, SalesForce, MS Dynamics
Must have working knowledge of Teams, Zoom, GoTo, or a similar virtual meeting platform
