ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Bryce Deter - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Sales Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry training will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience preferred
• Self-starter and motivated
• Confident phone skills with clients
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license
• Life & Health license, obtain within 90 days
