HVAC Systems Engineering Leader to guide a talented group of Systems Engineers and Designers. You'll oversee hardware and software engineering, network-level commissioning, and drive innovation across major and branch projects.

What You'll Be Doing - Lead and schedule engineering teams to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions
- Develop and implement processes that ensure cost-effective, consistent project execution
- Serve as the regional expert in HVAC application engineering
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
- Provide technical support, cost estimates, and drive continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and architects
- Hire, mentor, and grow your team through performance coaching and career development
🎯
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred)
- 5+ years of HVAC application engineering experience
- Proven leadership in supervising technical teams
- Strong construction industry background
- Master's degree or PE license is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
