Our Company:

We are an Airbnb property management company and manage a medium size portfolio in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Perfection is what we strive for. We are looking for a reliable weekend cleaner to help us with the cleans. We are looking for cleaners that could get the job done right the FIRST time. We do NOT cut corners. This is a part time position that could be turned into a full time, salary position based on performace

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING: You must have at least 3 years of hotel OR residential cleaning experience

• Pays great attention to big and small details while cleaning
• Is a great communicator
• Has outstanding time management skills
• Is reliable and dedicated to any cleaning job assigned
• Must have reliable car
• Must be punctual
• Must have a smart phone to communicate with
• Must have your own cleaning mop and long cleaning duster and good vacum and/or shop vac
• Must sign noncompete agreement
• Have valid drivers license to undergo background check

Responsibilities

• (We will provide all the cleaning products you need)
• Must be available to work 10am to 5 pm. on sunday and 10 am - 2 pm on week days
• Most to all cleaning start at 10am
• You must be at your assigned job at 10am when the guests are checking out
• You will be responsible to clean the entire apartment or home so it can be fresh and beautiful for the next guest checking in
• You are also responsible to restock the unit with basic bathroom and kitchen supplies (Don't worry, we will provide those items!)
• On days where there is no clean, you will be property damage and cleaniness inspections of nearby properties
• For example, if you are assigned to clean 2 apartments, your day would typically end at 4 or 5 pm or when you are done cleaning the apartments or homes

Performance Bonus

• Cleaners can qualify for a performance bonus every 6 months if all the reservations that was cleaned by the cleaner are all 5 stars and GUEST do NOT complain about any cleanliness issues
