Gilbane is seeking a Transition Consultant I to be responsible for the planning and tactical execution of a short-term project scope of work or a specific task on a larger project, either individually or through supervision of less senior staff. Responsibilities Develop implementation plans for review by senior manager Work independently to identify required tasks and initiate activity Supervise and guide less senior project staff in implementation of the work Serve as the client's onsite point of contact for related work Facilitate project meetings with client, vendors, move coordinators, etc. Develop information for review by more senior staff before presentation to owner for decision making Implement the Furniture, Fixture and Equipment Plan Develop monthly report for review by more senior staff prior to submission Prepare scopes of work for competitive procurements Monitor adherence to contract Provide input into and participate in performance reviews, as requested Act as owner's representative in managing onsite vendors during activation and move timeframes Qualifications
