What do we Expect? - Own the dealership's performance across all departments, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee retention & engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers, setting clear goals and conducting regular performance evaluations
- Work closely with the comptroller/office manager to align departmental forecasts with annual targets
- Establish aggressive but achievable monthly and annual goals, and provide the leadership and tools your team needs to deliver
- Drive a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement
- Communicate policies and procedures clearly to ensure full team alignment and compliance
- Build, inspire, and retain a high-performance management team
Qualifications: - Proven success as an automotive General Manager or Sales Manager ( Required )
- Strong background in growing multi-department performance and unlocking employee potential
- Demonstrated ability to forecast, plan, and execute aggressive business goals
- Experienced in hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating a diverse team
- A hands-on, visible leader with excellent communication and team-building skills
