We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow franchised dealerships in Colorado. This is a confidential opportunity with a clear path to long-term ownership for the right candidate.
This is not your typical GM role. We are looking for a leader with the experience, resources, and entrepreneurial drive to take full command of established dealerships and position them for sustained success.
$1,000,000+ annual earning potential
Full operational authority across sales, service, and fixed operations
10+ years of dealership leadership (GM, GSM, or Owner/Operator experience preferred)
Strong track record of profitability and operational discipline
Financial capacity and business acumen to step into an Executive Leadership Role
Ability to lead teams, develop managers, and maintain community relationships
