Overview Boxing or Kickboxing Instructor/Coach Coral Gables Future Opening: Boxing or Kickboxing Instructor/Coach Responsibilities Report to the Head Fitness Coach and the General Manager and follow their guidelines and orientations at all times. Lead group training classes confidently by following our structured workout programs. Create a positive, upbeat, and energetic studio environment while multi-tasking. Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills. Verbally and visually correct exercise and striking form to educate members and prevent injury. Maintain physical conditioning to properly perform all exercises and movements. Build relationships with potential, new, and current members to help them feel part of the Method X Fitness community. G o ain new business through member promotion, referrals, and the use of guest passes. Be aware of current membership promotions, workout challenges, nutritional challenges, and events planned at Method X Fitness. Qualifications Proven experience as Boxing or Kickboxing Coach Looking for experienced professionals High School Diploma or GED All Fitness Coaches must hold and maintain a personal training or group exercise certification. Preferred certifications: ACE, NSCA, AFAA, NASM Must hold and maintain CPR and AED certification.
