Responsibilities:

• Safely load, unload, and service aircraft while directing customer operations.
• Protect customers' baggage and cargo from loss, theft, and damage.
• Efficiently lift and transfer passenger baggage and freight in accordance with safety protocols.
• Operate pushback equipment in coordination with Wing Walkers to ensure safety during operations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer baggage, airfreight, and company materials.
• Transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft, ensuring the upkeep of required documentation.
• Operate and drive various motorized equipment related to ramp services.
• Complete necessary paperwork and input data into the company’s information system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

Qualifications:

• Local residency is required.
• A valid Minnesota Driver's License is a must.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and a comprehensive background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Completion of ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport identification security clearance is required.
• Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing over 70 pounds regularly.
• Ability to walk, climb, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• High School diploma or GED is required; one or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
