Entry Level Auto Express Technician Join Giles Automotive Group, Build Your Career in Automotive Service The Opportunity We are looking for motivated Express Service Technicians to support our busy service center at Giles Automotive. This is an entry-level role focused on oil and filter changes, vehicle inspections, and basic service tasks, offering a strong foundation for a career in automotive service. What We Offer * Pay: Starting at $13/hour (higher pay considered for experience) * Career Development: Clear path to become a full-line certified Technician with paid schooling and training. Experienced technicians at Giles earn $40,000–$80,000 per year, with advancement opportunities into management. We want hardworking, detail-oriented individuals with a positive attitude who take pride in their work. Qualifications: * 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record * High school diploma or equivalent * Eagerness to learn and improve * Strong physical dexterity and ability to work with tools * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Positive, friendly attitude and teamwork mindset * Basic computer literacy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to learn new technology, repair procedures, and service specifications What You’ll Do * Perform oil and filter changes, brake pad replacements, tire alignments, and fluid inspections * Document and complete work per repair orders, following dealership and factory standards * Communicate with the parts department to obtain the necessary items * Maintain shop area, tools, and equipment in excellent condition * Test-drive vehicles and check components using diagnostic tools * Collaborate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of any additional needs * Maintain accountability for all dealership-owned tools and manuals Why Giles?
