Position: Embroidery Operator Assistant Specialist

Reports To: Embroidery Manager

Job Summary:
The Embroidery Operator Assistant supports the embroidery production process by preparing garments, assisting machine operators, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in apparel decoration and production.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist embroidery operators with daily production tasks
Load and unload embroidery machines
Trim excess threads and perform basic finishing on embroidered items
Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, and defects
Sort, count, and bundle completed garments
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
Report machine issues or quality concerns to the lead/operator
Assist with basic machine setup or teardown as trained
Qualifications:
High attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Basic understanding of production or manufacturing environments
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable with good time management skills
Willingness to learn embroidery processes and equipment
Compensation: $18.50
