Looking for a Superstar Lawyer

Addair Law, Chtd. is looking for strong, passionate advocates who work hard and are strong litigators. We are seeking lawyers with interest and experience in the area of family law. We want highly skilled professionals who will help us flourish.

Compensation and Employment benefits:

* Annual Salary Range: $ 75,000 to $ 150,000 Per Year

Lawyer Responsibilities

* Provide legal support and guidance to clients
* Attend hearings in courts or administrative agencies
* Find ethical solutions to clients’ biggest legal issues
* Advise clients on best behaviors during their case
* Communicate with clients about their cases
* Research case law to support arguments and continuously learn about statutes and cases that may help identify legal issues in future clients’ cases
* Prepare and participate in litigation
* Prepare and review legal documents
* Assist clients with timely execution of documents and agreements
* Assist in training Paralegals

Lawyer Qualifications

* Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of compassion
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
* Admitted to practice law in the State of Kansas or in the process of becoming admitted
* MyCase® case management software a plus
* Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and robust caseload
* Experience in domestic/family law

* Strong critical thinking skills
* Excellent public speaking skills
* Adaptability and attention to detail
* Collaborate with non-lawyer staff to propel cases forward and to a conclusion
* Ability to take initiative with cases and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
