Pay Range: $14/hr - $18/hr

The Entry-Level Analyst is responsible for selecting appropriate processes from established guidelines and performing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. This role involves seeking guidance on non-routine issues, problem?solving effectively, and maintaining attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate processes based on clearly documented rules, past practices, or new instructions.
• Seek advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from senior department members.
• Refer complex or unusual problems to senior team members for resolution.

Skills Required

• Successful completion of UBK training.
• Successful completion of Analysis training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong research and problem?solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

• Entry-level skillset with up to 2 years of experience in a similar role, handling comparable tasks and responsibilities.

Qualification And Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
