Small but growing renovation group in Potomac, MD adding to our team in 2024! If you're passionate about finish carpentry but still don't mind tearing it all apart and then roughing it back together, we'd love to hear from you. We work hard, stay really busy, work as a team always helping one another and we are obsessed with the little details. Quality is our top priority! People skills are a must as there is frequent interaction with clients, vendors and co-workers. Pride in the finished product is key! We believe good ideas can come from anyone. We don't waste time, but we don't rush either - so balance and the ability to manage challenging building situations a must.
Ideal candidate will have three + years of experience, focus on safety, high-end design and quality building skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve, excellent communication skills, great attitude and presentation with reliability.
Kitchen cabinet installation and custom trim, doors, windows, bathroom makeovers, moulding, hardware, rough framing ability
Monday through Friday and some weekends
