We are seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our nonprofit organization. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse community members, assist with administrative tasks, and support program coordination.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, data entry, and managing communications.
Support program staff with community outreach and coordination efforts.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Prepare and translate documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
Assist with event planning and logistical support.
Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting requirements.
