Job Details What You’ll Do:

• ? Handle litigation from intake through trial — pleadings, motions, depositions & court appearances
• ? Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations & settlement conferences
• ?? Draft legal documents & strategize strong case defenses
• ? Communicate clearly with clients, carriers & opposing counsel
• ? Collaborate with partners & senior attorneys to drive results

What We’re Looking For:

• ? J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed & in good standing to practice law in Florida
• ? 2–8 years’ experience in general liability, professional liability, or civil litigation
• ? Strong legal research, writing & communication skills
• ? Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
