The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Litigation and a proven track record of managing complex legal cases. 1. Handling a broad range of Commercial Litigation matters including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for and attending court proceedings.
2. Providing expert legal advice and guidance to our clients to help them navigate complex commercial disputes.
3. Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop and implement effective legal strategies that achieve our clients' objectives.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to stay abreast of developments in Commercial Litigation.
5. Representing the firm and our clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
6. Ensuring all legal activities adhere to compliance measures and are in line with our firm's standards and values.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary.
8. Contributing to the firm's business development efforts by participating in client pitches, seminars, and other networking events.

Job Details Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must possess the following:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Litigation.
4. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
5. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
6. Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload effectively.
7. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
10. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
