We are partnering with a toprated BPO to recruit Albanianspeaking Content Moderators for onsite positions in Thessaloniki Greece.

Job Opportunity: Content Moderator

Location: Thessaloniki Greece

Responsibilities:

• Review diverse content including videos news stories still pictures political ads and social media profiles
• Evaluate content based on appropriateness level of violence sexual content and political transparency
• Apply content policies to digital content and consistently execute handling procedures
• Accurately enforce clients terms of use by identifying subtle differences in digital communication
• Actively participate in employee assistance programs program reporting initiatives and training to foster employee wellbeing
• Escalate any changes that may impact performance through appropriate channels to maintain required KPIs
• Adhere to security measures confidentiality and project requirements related to work

Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1) and Albanian (C1) with emphasis on excellent grammar skills
• Preferred experience in BPO/contact center/content moderation
• Ability to tolerate sensitive content including topics such as child exploitation and abuse animal torture gang violence murder and hate speech
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills along with empathy
• A high affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation in the country/region of the supported language
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• EU Passport holder with residency in Greece (no visa sponsorship available)
